Job summary

RSC2, Inc. in the Washington, DC area seeks a Senior Policy Analyst to apply expertise in federal and agency-specific acquisition regulations, draft policy updates, and conduct independent research to evaluate policy impacts.

The role requires coordination of complex research projects and delivery of policy products. Hybrid/Remote Eligible, with required availability to report to FEMA Headquarters in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent required.
• Minimum six years of experience in policy/analysis or related field.

Responsibilities

• Apply expertise in federal and agency-specific acquisition regulations.
• Draft policy updates and recommend new acquisition policies.
• Conduct independent research and analysis of policy impacts.
• Coordinate complex research projects and synthesize findings.
• Prepare policy briefs, memoranda, reports, and other policy products.
• Gather, analyze, integrate, and report qualitative and quantitative data.
• Develop policy positions for Congressional and agency issues.
