Job summary

Safal Partners is seeking a Data Analyst to support a federal workforce development contract with the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).

The Data Analyst will work closely with program analysts and internal staff to perform data cleaning, integration, validation, reporting, and dashboard support. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant data analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience with data tools is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Performs data cleaning, integration, validation, and preparation of standardized analytic files.
• Supports dashboard updates, maintenance, and routine reporting across program workstreams.
• Develops and maintains databases, data collection systems, and analytic workflows.
• Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends and patterns in complex datasets.
• Reviews data outputs and reports to resolve data quality issues.
• Collaborates with analysts and internal staff to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Prepares data summaries, visualizations, and materials for stakeholder review.
• Supports knowledge management and documentation of data processes.
