Job summary

Nasdaq Dorsey Wright is seeking a senior contributor to join the Equity Analysis team. You will deliver investment research, build client relationships, support strategic initiatives, and drive projects from inception to execution with internal and external stakeholders.

You will work with financial advisors, asset managers, and institutional partners, collaborating across research, sales, marketing, and product to advance Nasdaq's objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in investment research, portfolio analysis, wealth management or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies and quantitative analysis.
  • Experience working directly with clients and developing professional relationships with advisors or institutional investors.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and communicate investment research, market analysis, and portfolio insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop, maintain, and present research reports, quantitative analyses, thought leadership content, and client-facing presentations.
  • Build and manage relationships with financial advisors, asset managers, and strategic partners, serving as a key point of contact for research-related inquiries.
  • Lead and execute projects that support business growth, client engagement, product development, and operational initiatives.
  • Support and participate in client events, conferences, webinars, and educational programs, including preparation of content, presentations, and follow-up activities.
  • Gather market intelligence through ongoing engagement with industry contacts and incorporate findings into research and strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor developments across financial markets, investment strategies, and industry trends and communicate insights to clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Take ownership of key client relationships and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes.

In this role, you'll join the Equity Analysis team at Nasdaq Dorsey Wright as a senior contributor responsible for delivering investment research, building client relationships, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving key projects from inception through execution. You'll serve as a trusted resource for both internal stakeholders and external clients, helping translate complex market insights into actionable investment solutions.

This position offers the opportunity to work directly with financial advisors, asset managers, and institutional partners while collaborating across research, sales, marketing, and product teams to advance the firm's strategic objectives.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in investment research, portfolio analysis, wealth management, asset management, financial services, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and quantitative analysis.
  • Experience working directly with clients and developing professional relationships with advisors, consultants, or institutional investors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership and accountability for results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CFA charterholder or progress toward the CFA designation.
  • Experience with investment research platforms, portfolio analytics, or financial market data systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization and presentation tools.
  • Experience presenting to clients, leading webinars, or speaking at industry events.
  • Knowledge of wealth management, managed accounts, ETFs, model portfolios, or advisor-focused investment solutions.
