Job summary

Nasdaq is seeking an experienced events professional to support delivery of Investment Intelligence events. You will plan flagship events, manage logistics, and coordinate with Marketing to align with strategic goals.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor management, and post‑event recaps, with a focus on excellent stakeholder relations and adaptable execution in a changing environment. The role offers a hybrid schedule with competitive rewards.

Qualifications

  • Proven event‑planning expertise from ideation and strategic planning to flawless execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management (internal and external).
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage shifting priorities, and work independently or in a team.
  • Adaptability to an ever‑changing event‑planning environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or English.

In this role, you will be tasked with supporting the delivery of various events for Nasdaq’s Investment Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

The base pay range for this role is $47,100 - $78,500. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short‑term incentive), and equity (long‑term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job‑related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
