Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Saint Joseph, MI is seeking a Product Development Engineer at Analyst level to support new product integration and cost/quality projects in Cooking Technology. You will translate a project scope into a development plan, create schedules, run tests, and release designs to manufacturing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
2+ years of experience in engineering product development from concept to design release.
1+ years of experience with CAD and Product Lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Translate product requirements into subsystem design criteria.
Develop and verify subsystem/components on schedule and at required cost, quality, and performance.
Own engineering release of subsystem designs including CAD drawings and BOMs.
Prepare engineering change documentation and design guides.
