Job summary

Kepler is seeking a Senior Analyst on our Activation team to design, launch, and optimize retail media campaigns across Amazon and other platforms. You will translate client goals into platform strategies and deliver data-driven insights that drive meaningful business outcomes.

In this role, you will manage campaigns across Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP, with exposure to Walmart Connect and Target Roundel, collaborate with analytics and client solutions teams, and help codify best

Qualifications

1–3 years in retail media with hands-on Amazon Ads/DSP experience.
Experience with large product catalogs (ASIN/item-level).
Familiarity with retail media tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Manage campaign strategy and execution across Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP, with exposure to Walmart Connect and Target Roundel.
Utilize and activate in Criteo for campaigns across supported retailers.
Contribute to campaign design, testing frameworks, and innovation opportunities.
Collaborate with the Media Analytics team for reporting, analyses, and insights.
Partner with the Client Solutions team to translate client goals into platform strategies and share insights.
Codify and share best practices and optimization frameworks across teams.
