Position Details

The location for this position is remote in Canada

This is your chance to join our Development team, which plays a significant role in Hilton's growth strategy by adding new hotels to our expanding portfolio. As a Senior Analyst for Development Canada, reporting to the VP Managing Director of Development Northeast & Canada, you will collaborate with owners and investors to grow our managed and franchised hotel estate.

How You Will Make an Impact

Your role is vital, and below are some of the core responsibilities that make your work unique:

Daily Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate business opportunities for brand expansion and communicate strategies effectively
• Conduct analysis, research, and prepare reports and visual presentations

Collaboration:

• Work effectively with support functions to streamline the development process
• Organize meetings with external partners to enhance Hilton’s market positioning

Ownership of Projects:

• Prepare and share analytics related to growth and pace
• Use Business Intelligence tools to assess markets, opportunities, and development restrictions

What Makes You a Great Fit

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of experience in analytics or hospitality consulting
• High proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree or MS/MA/Master’s Degree
• Proficiency in tools such as MicroStrategy, Salesforce, STR (Smith Travel Research), CoStar, or ArcGIS
• A strong understanding of and passion for the hotel industry
