Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer analytics, growth analytics, marketing analytics, business strategy, or analytical consulting.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with large-scale cloud data platforms, preferably Snowflake.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, including hypothesis testing and experimental design.
• Proficiency in Python or similar analytical programming tools.
• Exceptional data storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Ability to connect customer behavior to revenue, retention, and growth.
