Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant supply chain or customer facing experience with 5+ years overall business experience.
• Experience in a highly matrixed organization is critical for success.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain.
• Strong collaboration, cross-functional teamwork and communication.
• Proactive data analytics and translating insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and prioritize supply chain opportunities across multiple data sources (Order to Cash, Transportation, Finance, Distribution, E-Commerce, Cost to Serve).
• Identify cost, efficiency and effectiveness opportunities in the JJMD to IDN Customer supply chain.
• Deploy customer solutions across stakeholders and track progress with dashboards.
• Maintain customer scorecards and dashboards to monitor initiatives.
• Engage with customers for Lean assessments and cross-functional collaboration.
