Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Analyst, Corporate Strategy to join a leadership team in the Consumer Technology space. The role focuses on turning market, competitor, and internal data into actionable insights while coordinating inputs across analysts and senior leaders. This position is remote for US-based candidates only.

You will own key research domains, support executive decision-making, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, driving high-quality analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of strategy/ corporate strategy experience
• Strong data and analytical skills for both quantitative and qualitative analysis

Responsibilities

• Own a competitive landscape domain, identify market signals, and track competitor activity
• Produce monthly executive digests on market trends and competitor strategies

• Collaborate with peer analysts to consolidate insights and inform team roadmaps
• Manage your own research agenda and time effectively in a remote environment
• Engage regularly with senior leadership, including the SVP of Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Analyst, Corporate Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will play a key part in shaping strategic priorities by turning market, competitor, and internal data into actionable insights. The analyst will own key research domains, support executive decision-making, and help coordinate strategy inputs across peer analysts and senior leaders. This position is well suited for someone who thrives in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment and can independently drive high-quality analysis and recommendations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $108,000 – $183,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Own a competitive landscape domain, identify market signals, and track competitor activity
• Produce monthly executive digests on market trends and competitor strategies
• Respond to high-priority questions from the CEO across a range of topics
• Collaborate with peer analysts to consolidate insights and inform team roadmaps
• Manage your own research agenda and time effectively in a remote environment
• Engage regularly with senior leadership, including the SVP of Strategy

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar research-heavy role
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative field
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and visuals
• High comfort with ambiguity and the ability to devise solutions independently
• Strong data and analytical skills for both quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
• Strong collaborative skills to engage with peers and executives
