Job summary

Evalueserve is seeking a detail-oriented Investment Banking candidate to join our Corporate Investment Banking team, focusing on Media, Entertainment, and Leisure. You will contribute to deal execution, financial modeling, CIM creation, and market research to support clients in selling or acquiring businesses.

The role requires 2+ years of IB/PE experience, strong financial analysis skills, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting Investment Banking (IB) and/or Private Equity (PE) engagements.
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and capital markets.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases; familiarity with AI-assisted research and productivity tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, industry research, company and M&A screening, benchmarking exercises, and earnings summaries.
• Prepare pitch books, CIMs, teasers, industry overviews, company profiles, management biographies, broker outlooks, share-price performance analyses, valuation multiple tracking, and buyer/seller opportunity assessments.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support valuation, transaction analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Leverage data analytics, AI-enabled research tools, and automation solutions to enhance research efficiency, generate insights, and improve workflow productivity.
• Create analytical newsletters and deliver actionable market, sector, and company-level intelligence for clients and bankers.
• Lead stakeholder communication for onshore analytics operations and proactively provide value-added insights and recommendations.
• Support senior team members in delivering high-quality, accurate, and error-free work products within tight timelines.
• Assist in maintaining, enhancing, and automating databases, research repositories, and knowledge management platforms.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Investment banking candidate to join our Corporate Investment Banking team. The selected candidate will work on investment banking projects focused on Media, Entertainment, Leisure sector. Typical engagements include selling companies and/or acquiring businesses on behalf of clients, valuing companies, and raising equity or debt capital for expansion. Work responsibilities include deal execution support including but not limited to financial modelling, CIM creation, teasers, marketing materials, company profiles, comparable company analysis, newsletters, earnings summaries, financial analysis etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, industry research, company and M&A screening, benchmarking exercises, and earnings summaries.
• Prepare pitch books, CIMs, teasers, industry overviews, company profiles, management biographies, broker outlooks, share-price performance analyses, valuation multiple tracking, and buyer/seller opportunity assessments.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA (Finance), CPA, Master of Accounting, or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Investment Banking (IB) and/or Private Equity (PE) engagements.
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and capital markets.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases; familiarity with AI-assisted research and productivity tools is preferred.
