Qualifications

• Highly detail-oriented, structured, and self-motivated.
• Prior internship or full-time experience in finance (banking, PE, consulting, audit, FP&A) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution)
• Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and valuation analyses
• Support live M&A, capital raising, and restructuring engagements
• Prepare investment memoranda, pitch books, and client-facing presentations
• Assist in due diligence, data room management, and deal execution
• Work with senior bankers to support client strategy and transaction workflows
