AppLovin’s Consumer Team in Beijing or Shanghai seeks a driven Sr. Analyst, Business Development to build a new growth line at the intersection of performance marketing and business development.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in account management, business development, sales, performance marketing, media buying, digital strategy, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships or performance marketing campaigns with limited supervision.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and experience working with large data sets to identify actionable patterns.
• Working knowledge of DTC and eCommerce business models, including Shopify or similar commerce platforms, performance metrics, attribution, customer behavior, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and consistently follow through in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build convincing arguments from complex data.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for daily business communication.
• Self-starter with a strong desire to learn, a collaborative mindset, and a proven interest in technology.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, campaign launch, and day-to-day growth of a portfolio of eCommerce clients, educating partners on AppLovin’s Consumer growth solution.
• Develop data-backed account plans based on each partner’s objectives, growth priorities, and performance targets.
• Launch and optimize campaigns by applying best practices across measurement, creative strategy, testing, and performance targets.
• Define and analyze key metrics, identify performance issues, and translate data into recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and communicate campaign performance and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, Technical, Creative, and other teams to resolve issues and grow initiatives.
• Identify expansion opportunities within accounts and lead routine commercial discussions.
• Share learnings and best practices across the regional Business Development team.
