Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst - Compensation to oversee compensation programs for select business units. You will conduct job evaluations, market analyses, survey participation, and make compensation recommendations.

Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, Workday, or SAP are preferred, as well as knowledge of FLSA and related laws. This onsite role offers a contract engagement with a focus on accuracy and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in compensation.
• Experience in job evaluation and market pricing.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint and ERP systems knowledge (Workday/SAP).

• Pay Rate: $42.87 / Hour (USD)

Job Summary

Responsible for the administration of compensation programs and practices for specific business units. Primary responsibilities include job evaluations, market analyses, survey participation, compensation recommendations, and may lead or assist with compensation projects or special initiatives.

Required Skills

• Experience in job evaluation, market pricing, salary survey participation and annual compensation cycles (performance management, merit, bonus)
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, SAP or other ERP
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of FLSA and other compensation relevant laws and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated experience handling confidential or sensitive information
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and convey information effectively in verbal, written and electronic communication
