Job summary
Safety National seeks a Senior Analyst, Client Engagement, to elevate broker and policyholder experiences through tailored engagement strategies and data-driven insights. You will design and deliver engagement dashboards, client scorecards, stewardship reports, and other analytics that turn complex information into actionable strategies, monitoring policy performance and renewal behaviors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Risk Management, Insurance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, analytics, or related field.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills; ability to perform root-cause analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored engagement strategies across key commercial insurance portfolios.
- Own design and delivery of engagement dashboards, client scorecards, stewardship reports.
- Monitor policy performance, claims trends, renewal behaviors, and service utilization to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, Sales to translate client needs into action.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement processes and data flows, support retention and service model enhancements.
