Safety National in St. Louis, MO is seeking an Underwriting Portfolio Management Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that drive portfolio decisions. You will collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, claims, finance, and BI teams to analyze performance, identify trends, and surface strategic opportunities.

The role focuses on end-to-end data analysis, automation, and compelling visualizations, with a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, analytics, finance, economics or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in an analyst role.
• Ability to collect, cleanse, organize, validate, and analyze data to solve business problems and test hypotheses.
• Familiarity with segmentation, forecasting, handling outliers, benchmarking, and predictive analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools and BI platforms.
