The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is a highly experienced data professional with a passion for preparing and presenting information in a visually appealing and easily understood manner, making it relevant and actionable for key stakeholders. The position requires the ability to collect and synthesize complex data from multiple sources, provide intellectual rigor to analysis and interpretation processes, and derive meaningful insights that support the achievement of strategic and operational goals. This person will act as an internal consultant to other departments to support and facilitate their understanding of our data. They will maximize the use of our enterprise data warehouse and develop solutions that can be scaled. All team members must enjoy working collaboratively with data and cross-functional partners. Must be comfortable working independently, learning from senior team members, but also providing thoughtful re-direction and feedback as appropriate. Senior analysts have a greater level of responsibility for analytics and interpretation of findings, as opposed to just report creation and delivery. Senior analysts should think beyond daily reporting responsibilities by taking initiative to improve communication (i.e., provide insights and caveats to findings) as well as provide input to the team concerning processes, procedures, and documentation.
