Job summary

KKR seeks a Sr. Analyst to execute and oversee asset rebalancing settlements and collateral management while driving process optimization across platforms.

You will manage asset transfers, oversee derivatives collateral, and support collateral programs for liquidity facilities, collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years in financial services operations, strong knowledge of collateral operations, and experience with derivatives and repo markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
• 2-4+ years of experience in operations management within financial services; experience within the Insurance industry a plus.
• Strong understanding of asset settlements, collateral management, and custody operations.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and ChatGPT.
• Proven track record managing third-party relationships and vendor oversight.
• Experience with derivatives operations and margin requirements.
• Knowledge of FHLB borrowing programs and repo market mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Asset Transfer Management: Execute and oversee end-to-end asset transfer processes for both public and private assets, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Derivatives Collateral Management: Assist with oversight of derivatives collateral management operations, including overseeing collateral movements, managing dispute resolution and onboarding Counterparty relationships.
• Collateral for Liquidity Management Programs: Oversee collateral programs supporting FHLB borrowing facilities and repo transactions, including eligibility monitoring and optimization.
• Account Setup Administration: Assist with account opening and setup processes, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external banking partners.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational efficiencies, streamline workflows, and eliminate redundancies through partnerships with KKR Technology and external vendors.
• Artificial Intelligence Expansion: Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions and automation tools to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability.
