Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in music business, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in music licensing, A&R administration, or related roles, with a focus on side artist agreements and clearances.
• Strong understanding of music licensing and contractual agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and finalize side artist waivers.
• Review contracts to identify key terms related to side artist contributions.
• Collaborate with A&R, Label Business and Legal Affairs, Finance, and Royalties to obtain clearances on time.
• Liaise with artist management and legal reps to secure terms and approvals.
• Maintain detailed records of clearance processes and outcomes.
