Job summary

Fortive is seeking a Senior Analyst, Workforce Intelligence, to partner with Talent Partners and HR teams, transforming employee listening, workforce, and organizational data into actionable insights using advanced analytics and AI-enabled approaches. The role drives the operating model, governance, and data-quality initiatives to support enterprise decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of data analytics experience with preference for people/workforce analytics.
• Experience managing employee listening or survey programs is a plus.
• Strong analytical capability including statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Experience applying AI-enabled analytical tools to workforce questions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve Fortive's Workforce Intelligence operating model, including services, governance, and delivery standards.
• Define and deliver a portfolio of workforce intelligence products, insights, resources, and support for Talent Partners and HRBPs.
• Develop scalable methodologies and self-service resources with AI-enabled insights.
• Own Fortive's employee listening strategy and governance across surveys and reporting.
• Generate enterprise insights across workforce, skills, succession, mobility, and employee experience data.
