Job summary

Job description

Build, analyze, and deliver operational and financial reporting supporting key business decisions
Leverage Excel, Power Query, Alteryx, and emerging AI-enabled tools for reporting, process automation, and data analytics
Learn and optimize enterprise finance platforms including OneStream and D365 Finance & Operations
Develop reporting solutions, create data snapshots, and contribute to new capability rollouts
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise system enhancements and upgrades
Partner with Finance, IT, Accounting, and business stakeholders to validate requirements and improve processes
Develop expertise in enterprise application security, governance, and deployment processes
Support internal controls, risk management, SOX compliance, IT General Controls, and audit activities
Collaborate with internal and external auditors and prepare audit documentation, including Information Provided by Entity (IPE) support
Participate in digital transformation initiatives modernizing finance processes and financial reporting
Contribute to system improvements and future-state data management solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, Finance Systems, IT Audit or a related field
• Experience with data analysis/process automation tools such as Excel, Power Query, Alteryx, or similar technologies
• Strong aptitude for analyzing data, identifying process improvement opportunities, and developing scalable solutions
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work successfully in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of D365 F&O, OneStream, or other ERP/EPM platforms a plus
