Job summary

S&P Global Ratings seeks a seasoned credit analyst to lead end-to-end analysis and surveillance while embedding Generative AI tools into workflows. You will synthesize portfolio signals and peer context into decision-ready insights, coach junior analysts, and contribute to automation while upholding strict governance and data standards.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 3–5 years of credit analysis experience.
  • Strong credit, financial and risk analysis skills.

  • Proficiency with analytical and spreadsheet tools.
  • Willingness to develop data and automation skills.
  • Deliver high-quality work across multiple credits with limited oversight.
  • Ability to coach junior colleagues.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication; synthesize analyses clearly.
  • Maintain high standards for quality, traceability and governance.
  • Sound judgment on responsible AI use in controlled environment.
  • Office presence required at least two days per week.
  • Final-stage candidates must attend in-person interview at nearest S&P Global Ratings office.
