Job summary

SBT, a confidential stealth startup in New York, is building a new class of integrated wireless silicon. We seek an experienced analog/RF IC designer to shape the architecture and deliver low-power solutions for BLE and IoT connectivity.

You will own RF/analog blocks from concept and schematic to tape-out, collaborate with layout and verification teams, and help establish the design methodology in an early-stage environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in analog/RF IC design with multiple silicon tape-outs.
• Strong CMOS RF circuit design expertise and system-level thinking.
• Proven ability to develop low-power wireless architectures for BLE/IoT.

Responsibilities

• Define RF/analog architecture for an integrated wireless SoC.
• Design LNAs, mixers, PLLs, VCOs, amplifiers, and related circuitry.
• Own designs from concept through tape-out and bring-up.
• Establish design methodologies, simulation and verification practices.
• Collaborate with layout and verification teams in an early-stage setting.
