Diodes Incorporated in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Design Engineer to develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal ICs for advanced serial communication applications. The role spans product definition through release to manufacturing and collaborates with architecture, verification, layout, and new product development teams.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, using Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre/HSPICE, to deliver robust silicon and drive post-layout verification and bring-up

Formación

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• At least 2 years of analog design experience supporting high-speed serial interfaces such as UFS, MIPI, USB, PCIe, DisplayPort or HDMI.
• Proficiency with analog building blocks (equalizers, current mirrors, op-amps, bandgap references, oscillators, regulators).
• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre or HSPICE, and 3D electromagnetic extraction tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design analog and mixed-signal ICs from definition through release to manufacturing.
• Support architecture definition and evaluate design trade-offs.
• Develop analog circuits meeting functional, performance, quality, and reliability targets.
• Perform top-level and block-level analog design verification using testbenches, automation, and data analysis.
