Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-performance analog or mixed-signal IC development in advanced CMOS processes.
• Familiar with high-speed, high-resolution ADC/DAC design techniques and building blocks (bandgap, op-amps, comparators, oscillators, DLL/PLL).
• Track record of taking designs to production.
• Experience evaluating silicon on bench with standard lab equipment.
• Strong understanding of transistor-level circuit design, noise and mismatch analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performance analog/mixed-signal design from spec to layout supervision, silicon evaluation, and product introduction.
• Design and optimize critical blocks (bandgap references, op-amps, comparators, oscillators, DLL/PLL).
• Ensure layout parasitics are accounted for and devices meet ESD/EM requirements.
• Collaborate with teams across locations and communicate results clearly.
