Job summary

Quantinuum is seeking an Analog Electrical Engineer in Broomfield, CO to lead designs and enhancements for control systems used in our Apollo and Lumos quantum computers. The role focuses on analog/mixed-signal circuitry with ADC/DACs, low-noise techniques, and precision control loops within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

You will perform advanced circuit analysis, drive design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and deliver robust hardware for production in an R&D setting that pushes

Qualifications

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
  • 6+ years0experience in analog electronics design, development and test.
  • Due to national security requirements, must be a U.S. Person.
  • Masters or PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design complex subsystems or electronic assemblies in high-sensitivity environments controlling digital, analog, and RF signals.
  • Drive cross-disciplinary integration with engineering teams during fast ion transport electrical designs.
  • Identify technical risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Perform advanced circuit analysis and simulations.
  • Lead design reviews and ensure design quality and robustness.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers.
  • Provide technical expertise informing future product development.
  • Deliver products in an R&D and rapid prototyping environment.
