Job summary

Quantinuum in Broomfield, Colorado is seeking an Analog ASIC Electrical Engineer to lead the design of analog and mixed-signal ICs for quantum computer systems, including cryogenic environments.

Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in IC design with transistor-level design and simulation; U.S. person for security; up to 2 days remote per week with approval.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years IC design experience in an engineering or R&D setting.
• 3+ years analog ASIC design, development, verification and testing.
• Experience with transistor-level design and industry-standard EDA tools.
• U.S. person status is required due to contractual security requirements.
• Eligible for work in the United States (no China/Russia restrictions).

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement analog and mixed-signal ASICs for quantum computer roadmap.
• Design layouts and verify with DRC/LVS/ERC checks.
• Work with fabs and packaging teams to bring up silicon.
• Support silicon bring-up and debug activities.
