Job summary

Tektronix is seeking an experienced Analog & Mixed-Signal ASIC Design Engineer to join a design center in Boulder, CO. You will design CMOS, BiCMOS, and RF ICs, conduct simulations, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver industry-leading solutions. Requirements include a BSEE/MSEE, 5+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design, proficiency with ASIC tools, and strong communication skills.

Domestic travel may be required; U.S. Person for export controls.

Qualifications

• BSEE or MSEE in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on analog/mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Proficiency with modern ASIC design and verification tools.
• Strong analog/RF analysis background and layout experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog and mixed-signal building blocks for next-generation ASICs.
• Perform circuit simulations to optimize performance, robustness and manufacturability.
• Conduct signal and system-level analyses beyond the ASIC for end-to-end performance.
• Characterize designs and develop characterization plans.
• Collaborate with product line architects to evaluate power, cost, and performance trade-offs.
• Contribute to technical documentation and design reviews across development lifecycle.
