Keysight Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced Analog and Mixed-Signal ASIC/MMIC Design Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO.

You will design Analog and Mixed-Signal ASICs and MMICs for next-generation measurement equipment, applying IC design expertise and system-level analysis to define performance targets. The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and collaboration across engineering teams to deliver high-performance, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with mixed-signal IC design thesis preferred
• 6+ years in high-speed analog and mixed-signal ASIC and MMIC design using advanced semiconductor processes
• Strong background in analog and RF circuit design and bipolar transistor design
• Understanding of microwave engineering fundamentals
• Experience leading multi-designer IC designs (Chip Lead)
• Mentoring design team members
• Experience with schematic capture, simulation and layout tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and drive to root cause on difficult problems
