Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Refrigeration Technician III to maintain and repair ammonia refrigeration systems under moderate supervision. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to system interruptions, and contribute to safety documentation.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 7+ years of experience, Technician II and PSM/RMP certification, and CMMS familiarity. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and physical tasks including lifting are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical degree preferred.
• Must have at least 7 years+ experience.
• Must have Technician II and PSM/RMP certification.
• CMMS experience helpful.
• Pass annual medical and pulmonary fit tests for respirator use.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and examine ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to system interruptions.
• Work on-call for emergency repairs as needed.
• Document maintenance and safety records (SOPs, LOTO, P&ID).
• Assist with inventory control and compliance requirements.
• Operate and navigate related equipment safely in a production setting.
• Collaborate with operators, supervisors, and clients.
