Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods is seeking a Refrigeration Technician 3 to maintain, repair, and inspect ammonia refrigeration systems in production facilities. The role requires preventative maintenance, on-call emergency response, and cross‑functional communication with maintenance staff and operators.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience, a Technician II certification, and PSM/RMP certification, with English/Spanish bilingual being a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical degree in preferred.
• Must have at least 7 years+ experience.
• Must have Technician II and PSM/RMP certification.
• CMMS experience helpful.
• Must pass and maintain annual medical and pulmonary fit tests for respirator use.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and examine ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems.
• Respond to system interruptions and be on call for emergencies.
• Maintain required documentation and safety records.
• Assist with inventory control.
