Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods is seeking a Refrigeration Technician III to maintain, repair, and inspect ammonia refrigeration systems under moderate supervision. The role requires performing preventive maintenance, responding to system interruptions, and being available for on-call emergency repairs.

Collaboration with technicians, supervisors, and clients is essential. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, Technician II and PSM/RMP certifications, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience required.
• Technician II and PSM/RMP certification required.
• CMMS experience helpful.
• Annual medical and pulmonary fit tests required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PSM, Refrigeration and Safety documentation (SOPs, LOTO, P&IDs).
• Perform PMs on refrigeration system.
• Diagnose root cause of malfunction by testing operation with operators.
• Disassemble machinery to remove parts and repair.
• Perform daily chemical testing and log results, adjust systems.
• Use and maintain full face respirator.
• Assist with inventory control.
