Qualifikationen

• 3+ years related experience; ammonia refrigeration experience required.
• Knowledge of general construction, electrical, electronic systems, microprocessors, mechanical systems, and CMMS.
• Food plant production and processing equipment knowledge preferred.
• Must have previous supervisor experience.

Aufgaben

• Direct maintenance and preventive maintenance of all production machinery and building maintenance.
• Supervise technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ammonia refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, quality, and security of products.
• Comply with EPA PSM regulations and Hazard Analysis requirements.
• Coordinate with external service agencies for repairs and ensure timely work orders.
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance per PSM schedules.
• Maintain and examine ammonia systems (Ammonia and Freon) and PPE compliance.
• Interface with state and federal agencies as required.
• Assist operators and diagnose malfunctions in equipment operation.
