Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a senior technology leader in production services/support technology solutions.
• Experience leading AML/financial crimes technology platforms within large institutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to develop a high-performing AML application production services team.
• Oversee and adhere to core APS&E processes: Incident/Problem/Change/Capacity/Event Management, SRF and Analytics/Reporting.
• Governance, regulatory obligations, and platform stability.
• Engage with senior leaders across Technology, Risk, Compliance and front-line units.
• Prioritize enhancements with application owners and front-line units to promote stability.
• Manage workforce strategy, hiring, and development plans; analyze performance and quality objectives.
• Lead production app performance, health, resiliency, security, and data standards; ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain relationships with business and technology partners and build Communities of Practice.
• Contribute to technology strategy within their domain.
• Foster inclusive, healthy work environment and resolve blockers.
• Ensure execution aligns with product strategy with product management and stakeholders.
• Manage associates and drive inclusion, process excellence, and communication.
