Job summary

XR Pay, Inc. is seeking an experienced AML Compliance Officer to lead the AML/CFT and sanctions program for the XR Pay division. You will report to the General Counsel and act as the Board-designated officer, shaping controls, technology, and regulatory alignment as XR Pay scales.

You will work with R&D, Treasury, and Operations to embed compliance into XR Platform and payment workflows, develop tooling, and translate regulatory requirements into actionable user stories and data needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AML/BSA and sanctions compliance experience.
• Experience at MSB, money transmitter, payment processor, or payroll provider preferred.
• Strong regulatory knowledge across BSA, FinCEN, OFAC, and related regimes.
• Experience with screening, identity verification, monitoring tools, and case management.

Responsibilities

• Lead XR Pay AML/CFT and sanctions program as the Board-designated officer.
• Oversee monitoring, investigations, and SAR filing within regulatory deadlines.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Treasury, and Operations to embed controls.
• Manage 5+ year AML records retention and third-party risk reviews.
• Serve as OFAC point of contact and liaise with regulators and auditors.
