Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of AML/sanctions requirements and controls.
• Crypto AML knowledge or strong crypto market understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership on AML and sanctions, including regulatory expectations and program priorities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives: regulatory change, risk assessments, policy edits, remediation.
• Advise senior management on high-risk clients, transactions, and sanctions matters.
• Oversee AML for crypto and digital-asset products, including related risks.
