Job summary

iCapital seeks a Corporate AML Oversight Vice President to join Regulatory and Compliance and provide senior‑level oversight of AML controls across the firm’s U.S. and international businesses.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk and other control functions to assess regulatory requirements, oversee the AML control environment, identify emerging risks, and support ongoing regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of AML/regulatory compliance or risk management in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/FinCEN/OFAC/SEC/FINRA requirements.
• Experience overseeing AML controls across multiple business lines.
• Ability to translate regulatory changes into practical controls and governance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AML controls across US and international businesses.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate into practical enhancements.
• Guide Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Product and Tech on AML matters.
• Lead enterprise AML/CFT risk assessments and remediation efforts.
• Provide governance documentation and prepare senior management reporting.
• Coordinate AML-related regulatory examinations, audits, and requests.
