Zusammenfassung

Agora is seeking a Senior AML/KYC Onboarding Manager to lead and optimize our institutional customer onboarding and due diligence. You will drive risk-based onboarding, regulatory alignment, and automation enhancements across the onboarding lifecycle for a remote United States position.

The role requires deep knowledge of AML/KYC, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to improve data quality and onboarding timelines while reporting KPIs to senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law or related field.
• 5+ years of AML/BSA/KYC compliance experience.
• Experience onboarding institutional customers in regulated finance/fintech.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and global AML regs, sanctions, CDD/EDD.

Aufgaben

• Lead institutional customer onboarding, review escalations, make account decisions, issue RFIs.
• Ensure onboarding aligns with policies and regulatory requirements (BMA, FinCEN, FATF, OFAC).
• Develop and implement risk-based onboarding policies and procedures.
• Improve onboarding timelines, data quality, and customer experience.
