Job summary

Ondo Finance is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Senior Associate to join our Compliance team. You'll support regulatory programs, e-communication surveillance, due diligence, risk assessments, and governance processes in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The ideal candidate has strong AML/BSA/KYC experience, can work cross-functionally with regulators and auditors, and thrives in remote, globally distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in KYC, AML, or compliance operations within financial services or fintech.
• Deep knowledge of AML/BSA regulatory requirements and OFAC sanctions compliance.
• Strong ability to analyze situations for compliance and business risk and to implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with e-communication archiving reviews to monitor adherence to firm policies.
• Provide input on DDQs and RFPs.
• Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly compliance checklists accurately.
