Dexian is seeking an experienced AML Flex QA / Senior Investigator for a remote, 3-6 month contract with strong extension potential. You will review AML investigations, validate case quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide detailed feedback to investigators.

Ideal candidates have SAR writing expertise and solid QA review experience. Requirements include a U.S.-based bachelor's degree, 5+ years in AML within financial services, and 3–5+ years in AML transaction monitoring.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years of AML experience in financial services.
• 3–5+ years of AML transaction monitoring investigations.
• Experience drafting SARs and performing QA reviews.
• Strong knowledge of BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, and AML regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Review AML investigation cases to validate completeness, accuracy, and documentation.
• Ensure narratives address risk factors and support final disposition.
• Conduct independent research to verify findings.
• Provide qualitative feedback while following QA procedures.
• Assess narratives, activity and red flags using sound judgment.
• Confirm corrections are completed before case closure.
• Meet production and quality standards and collaborate with internal teams.
• Determine if investigations and dispositions meet regulatory requirements.
