Qualifications

• University degree required; 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• Experience in BSA/AML/OFAC quality processes is a plus.
• Remote work may be approved in select locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality analysis of complex investigations using standard procedures and independent judgment.
• Review and ensure narratives are complete, accurate and compliant with policies.
• Coach and mentor analysts on indicators of typologies and emerging threats.
• Identify systemic issues, perform root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Elevate high-risk cases to management to ensure visibility and mitigation.
