Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an AME Leader – Hub / Warehouse in the Pensacola area to drive advanced manufacturing engineering across hub, warehouse, and logistics operations. You will develop scalable processes, tooling, and equipment, advancing launch readiness and productivity improvements with robust engineering solutions.

Emphasis on standardization and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver safe, reliable outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field.
8–10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, warehouse engineering, logistics operations, or industrialization.

Responsibilities

Lead AME strategy and execution for hub, warehouse, and logistics operations.
Develop processes, tooling, and equipment to support launches.
Lead health, automation, and technology projects for hub/warehouse/logistics.
Standardize methods and scalable solutions across plants.
Lead tooling specs, sourcing support, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and implementation.
Improve material flow, handling, storage, ergonomics, and logistics efficiency.
Solve technical and operational issues using structured problem solving.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve reliability.
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and EHS to improve readiness and execution.
Drive productivity, utilization, and cost-out through process and equipment optimization.
