Job summary
GE Vernova’s Wind Manufacturing division seeks an AME Leader – Hub / Warehouse to drive advanced manufacturing engineering for hub, warehouse, and logistics operations. You will develop processes, tooling, and equipment for NTIs and launches, standardize methods across plants, and lead health, automation, and technology projects to improve safety, efficiency, and readiness.
You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and EHS to boost launch readiness and productivity, while
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 8–10 years in manufacturing/warehouse engineering.
- 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, warehouse engineering, or logistics.
- Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, and process validation.
Responsibilities
- Lead AME activities for hub, warehouse, and logistics operations.
- Develop and define processes, tooling, and equipment for NTIs and launches.
- Standardize methods and scalable solutions across plants.
- Drive launch readiness and process capability enhancements.
- Improve material flow, ergonomics, and logistics efficiency.
- Solve chronic issues using structured problem solving.
