MarinHealth is seeking an Advanced Practice Leader to manage and provide operational leadership across ambulatory clinics within the MarinHealth Medical Network. The role focuses on aligning service lines with safety, quality, access, and affordability while overseeing policies, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

The APL will drive standardized workflows, collaborate with physicians and leaders, and guide teams through change with an empathetic, solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in Healthcare Leadership and/or Finance or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of the required degree.

Responsabilités

• Lead operations across multi-site ambulatory settings and align workflows with enterprise goals.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, licensing and local regulations for ambulatory clinics.
• Develop and implement operational plans, standardize processes, and address obstacles.
• Oversee capital and operating budgets to meet financial targets.
• Build and sustain partnerships with physicians, medical directors and stakeholders.
