Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide ambulatory care and MTM services with a focus on HIV/ID programs.
• Collaborate with clinicians and participate in health center committees.
• Precept pharmacy students and residents; contribute to teaching.
• Coordinate with Ryan White, PrEP, Hepatitis C programs and stewardship.
• Assess and optimize pharmacotherapy; monitor safety and outcomes.
• Document interventions and participate in program research.
