Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience in ambulatory or internal medicine/ID.
• Current MD pharmacy license and BLS certification.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) must be obtained on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide ambulatory care pharmacy services and MTM under supervision of the Director of Clinical Pharmacy.
• Support HIV/ID programs including Ryan White funded services and PrEP clinics.
• Lead performance management and staff development for clinical technicians and team members.
• Collaborate with medical clinicians to improve drug use, adherence, and pharmacoeconomic outcomes.
