Cymbiotika LLC in San Diego, CA is seeking an experienced Amazon Advertising Manager to own our paid media across Amazon, Walmart Connect, and other retail networks. You will design strategy, manage a large monthly budget, and drive profitable growth beyond surface ROAS.

This hands-on role requires building reporting, setting budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align inventory, pricing, deals, and creative.

Formación

• 3–5+ years hands-on Amazon advertising experience with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
• 1+ years hands-on Amazon DSP experience building and optimizing campaigns.
• Experience running Walmart Connect or other retail media campaigns.
• Track record managing large monthly ad budgets (roughly $500k+).
• Knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) for audience analysis and reporting.
• Ability to think in contribution margin and understand fee/promo impacts on ROAS/CAC.
• Advanced Excel and data-driven decision making; strong reporting skills.
• Hands-on use of AI reporting tools (e.g., Claude) for dashboards and optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Own Amazon Ads strategy across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP, and Streaming TV.
• Set architecture, keywords, audiences, bids, and budget pacing for a large monthly spend.
• Collaborate with AI-driven automation and manual optimization to maintain target metrics.
• Lead product launches with full-funnel ad support and DSP retargeting.
• Plan and optimize Walmart Connect campaigns and extend to other networks as needed.
• Build dashboards, run weekly reports, and present optimization recommendations to leadership.
• Align ad spend with inventory, pricing, coupons, and Subscribe & Save to avoid unprofitable listings.
