Cricut is seeking a senior ecommerce advertising leader to own advertising, merchandising, and digital shelf excellence for US & CA marketplaces. You will drive growth, optimize budgets, and oversee listings with SEO-friendly content while coordinating promotions and partner relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Amazon advertising and retail media, with strong analytics and strategic execution. This in-office role emphasizes collaboration and impact across teams and partners.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing Amazon Marketplace, Advertising, retail media, or ecommerce growth businesses.
• Deep expertise in Amazon Advertising, Vendor/Seller Central, retail media, and marketplace performance management.
• Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud, Stackline, Xnurta, Helium 10, or comparable ecommerce analytics platforms.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability and a bias for action; proven ability to grow market share.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience transforming data into actionable business recommendations; advanced ecommerce KPIs.
• Financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills; experience managing partner relationships and influencing internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the strategy and execution of advertising on Amazon (and potentially other marketplaces) to generate growth and efficiency.
• Plan and optimize monthly budgets aligned with seasonality, launches, and category strategy.
• Monitor KPIs like sales, traffic, ROAS, TACOS, and market share; inform investment decisions.
• Monitor KPIs and refine bidding strategies and keyword targeting with analytics tools.
• Oversee the setup and optimization of product listings with SEO-friendly titles and imagery.
• Lead promotional calendar alignment for Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays.
• Serve as primary contact for ecommerce ad representatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
