Job summary

Health & Happiness Group is seeking a Senior Amazon Manager to lead the Amazon North America business for Zesty Paws. You will own the P&L, oversee listings, optimizations, and promotions, and lead a small team to deliver results.

You will report to the Ecommerce Director and collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Creative, and Operations to drive profitable growth across the Amazon channel while ensuring brand consistency and a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing Amazon/eCommerce businesses with significant revenue or P&L responsibility.
• Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace elements including catalog management, content, ads, promotions, analytics, and operations.
• Proven ability to develop and execute channel growth strategies and connect media investments to sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the Amazon business and six-figure P&L with responsibility for revenue, gross margin, and profitability.
• Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly Amazon business plans to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, promotional planning, and financial reporting for the Amazon channel.
• Analyze sales, profitability, advertising spend, traffic, conversion, inventory, and customer metrics to inform decisions.
• Drive content optimization for product pages, imagery, copy, and keywords to improve conversion.
• Manage cross-functional projects across Marketing, Brand, Creative, Ops, Finance, and Supply Chain.
