Leidos is seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Developer to design, develop, test, implement, and maintain cloud-based contact center capabilities supporting the DoD and DHA. You will design IVR, intelligent call routing, chatbots, and analytics, integrating with Salesforce Health Cloud for healthcare contact center operations.

The role involves full SDLC participation with cross-functional teams, ensuring secure, scalable contact center solutions that meet DoD/DHA cybersecurity requirements.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience or a Master’s with 6–10 years of experience.
• Hands-on Amazon Connect development experience or comparable cloud contact center development.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, IAM, and enterprise app integrations.
• Strong analytical, technical documentation, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR.
• Develop serverless components using AWS Lambda and related services.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with Salesforce Health Cloud and other enterprise systems.
• Implement secure APIs, event-driven processing, and data transformations.
• Participate in Agile development, CI/CD, and production support.
